The HRM portal replaced the proprietary HRM software that was in use until then, but had some severe limitations. It was decided to have a custom made open source HRM portal. The HRM portal is upgraded regularly to fit the needs of the municipality.

• Specific functionality for a municipality, such as registering decisions made by the citizen master and aldermen.
